Welcome to InfluxMD's file management system. Today, we'll show you how to handle document uploads from your forms, making patient file management effortless and organized.
Automatic File Capture and Organization
When patients complete your InfluxMD forms, any uploaded files are automatically captured and organized by field type. Whether it's ID cards, insurance documents, photos, or medical records, each file is tagged with the specific form field it came from.
The system intelligently recognizes different file types. Images like driver's licenses and insurance cards are flagged for visual processing, while PDFs and other documents are categorized appropriately.
All uploads include time stamps and processing status, so you always know what needs attention.
Direct Profile Integration
Every uploaded file appears directly in the contact's profile under the uploaded files section. You can see at a glance which documents are available, when they were submitted, and their current processing status.
The system shows you essential details:
- The field label that prompted the upload
- The submission date
- Whether the file has been reviewed
Pending files are clearly marked with a warning badge, while processed files show a green check mark.
Advanced File Viewing Capabilities

Streamlined Practice Management
This integrated approach means no more hunting through email attachments or separate file systems. Everything your patients upload through InfluxMD forms is automatically organized, easily accessible, and ready for your review, streamlining your practice management from submission to processing.
