Getting Started
Let's get started with accessing InfluxMD and what you can expect to see once you log in. In your browser, navigate to www.influxmd.com. From the top menu, select login. You'll see your login page.
You may want to bookmark this for easy access. Enter your email address and password. InfluxMD opens to your dashboard page. This is your mission control for managing patient intake.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is organized into four main areas that give you a complete picture of what needs your attention.
Left Side: New Contacts & Tasks
New Contacts
On the left, you'll see new contacts. These are people who just submitted information through your website but haven't been contacted yet. Think of this as your priority inbox.
These contacts are in the new contact stage and need immediate attention.
Each contact card shows their name, the service they're interested in, which team member owns them, and their intake message. You can click the edit icon for a quick view to update their information or the card icon to see their full profile.
Tasks
Below new contacts are your tasks. These are action items the system creates automatically or that you create manually.
Tasks have priority levels:
- Critical tasks have red borders
- Essential tasks have yellow borders
- Nonessential tasks have blue borders
You can filter tasks by agent, priority, and due date using the filter section. When you complete a task, simply check the box and it disappears.
Center: Meetings & Support
Screening Meetings
The center column shows screening meetings scheduled for today. Each meeting shows the patient's name, status, and time. The colored borders help you quickly see what needs attention:
- Green for scheduled
- Red for no shows or cancellations
Support Requests
Below the meeting section are support requests. We'll spend a video on how to get assistance from IMA, the InfluxMD AI.
Support requests will show any pending requests made to IMA and the current status of the request.
Right Side: Communications
The right side handles all your incoming communications. This is split into three sections:
Chat Messages
Shows completed AI conversations and text messages that need responses. The robot icon indicates an AI conversation is ready for your review.
Email Messages
Displays unread emails from patients. You can mark them as read or click to view the contact's profile.
SMS Messages
Shows unread text messages that require attention.
For all communications, you can mark items as read or click through to the contact's full profile to take action.
AI Integration
Notice how the AI helps throughout this process. It handles initial website conversations, creates tasks automatically, and organizes everything so you can focus on the human touch—actually talking to patients and guiding them through their journey.
Real-Time Updates
The dashboard updates in real time so you always see the most current information without refreshing the page.
With the dashboard, you have everything you need to stay on top of your intake process and ensure no potential patient falls through the cracks.
