7. Closing a lead
When a lead has reached the end of a map they will either become a patient or they will not. Recording what happens to the lead is extremely important for analyzing the effectiveness of your lead process. We complete a map by marking the lead as Won or Lost.
Leads who are won, become patients and are displayed in Influx with a green icon. A lost lead does not mean that this is the end of the process. In fact, lost leads can be placed into a follow up map that will slowly continue to send information to the lead over an extended period. Like a long term drip campaign.
