1. Adding a lead to Influx
When a lead is added to Influx it becomes part of the assigned map workflow.
Leads typically enter Influx through one of two channels:
Forms: A remote form on a website or any web property that you control. Leads fill out the forms and are automatically entered into Influx.
Calls: Telephone calls or walk-ins are entered by the agent using the short-form available from all of the Agent screens
The workflow may be a little different depending on the channel used. During the creation of triggers and automations, administrators can assign actions based on the channel used for entry. For example, if an agent is talking to a lead and entering information directly into Influx, an acknowledgement trigger would not be required so this particular trigger can be set to activate only if the contact enters through a website form.
