Why are marketing and sales plans separate?

To help you control costs, you don't need to purchase services you won't use. Sales tools include all the features to guide leads along your intake funnel until they become patients. Marketing tools are used to reach larger groups of existing or potential patients to upsell or cross-sell different services. If you wish to do sales and marketing, a discounted bundle includes both..

Do you offer a free trial?

Technically yes. Influx MD will bill you for your system seven days after your onboarding session. This means you have seven days to evaluate the application and decide if it is the right choice for your practice. No fees are charged if you choose not to continue after seven days.

Do I need a new location for each office?

The decision to work with one location or several depends upon your business model. If each of your locations operates independently, then you will likely want to make them separate locations within Influx. However, if all sites serve as a single entity, you may be able to use a single location.

Does everyone who accesses Influx count as a paid user?

Any user who accesses individual lead information requires a paid account. Paid users have access to all the features and functions of Influx. Team members who occasionally access Influx, such as marketing team members or business administrators, may not need a paid account.

How do you count contacts?

Anyone you wish to communicate with through Influx is considered a contact. If you no longer wish to communicate with contacts, you can archive them. Archived contacts are not included in the contact count. There is no limit to the number of contacts that you can archive.
